Jim started in the music business as a drummer for the Vandels, a 60's rock band. The Vandels produced several records and were recently one of the featured bands on a CD "Teen Bands of New England".

Over the years Jim has played and toured with several bands as a drummer and lead vocalist.

Currently his focus is on DJing country dance parties and working as a guitarist and vocalist for small clubs a private parties.
